Rules and Eligibility for “$10,000 Toward your 2013 Wedding Giveaway”
- Grand Prize Winner will receive a $10,000 credit toward their 2013 wedding at Crissey Farm Catering, Inc.
- Wedding must be contracted and secured by a 50% deposit no later than January 31, 2013 to be eligible for “$10,000 Toward your 2013 Wedding Giveaway”. 50% deposits are non-refundable.
- Only 2013 dates are eligible for “$10,000 Toward your 2013 Wedding Giveaway”.
- Giveaway winner is responsible for all expenses incurred at Crissey Farm Catering, Inc. exceeding $10,000. Any portion of deposits received by Crissey Farm not used toward expenses exceeding $10,000 will be refunded to Grand Prize winner.
- Diamond or Platinum Crissey Farm Wedding Packages are eligible. Custom designed menus exceeding $85 per guest are eligible. All other packages are ineligible for “$10,000 Toward your 2013 Wedding Giveaway”.
- Only weddings of 80 guests or more are eligible.
- All prizes offered (Grand Prize, 2nd, 3rd) are not redeemable for cash.
- Grand Prize Drawing will be held on February 9, 2013.
- Grand Prize Winner, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be determined by raffle drawing.
- Eligible contestants are not required to be present at the time of the Grand Prize Drawing.
